Factory for creating Styles. All style elements are returned as Interfaces from org.geotools.api.style as opposed to Implementations from org.geotools.styling.

Implements StyleFactory to provide:

• SLD 1.0
• SE 1.1
• GeoTools extensions (such as a text mark allowing a graphic beyond text)
