public class GeneralOblique extends MapProjection
General Oblique Transformation projection useful for rotated spherical coordinates ("Rotated Pole"), commonly used in numerical weather forecasting models.Based on the code provided by Jürgen Seib (Deutscher Wetterdienst), adopted to follow "+proj=ob_tran" behaviour.
