Class SLDParameterValueTypeBinding

  • All Implemented Interfaces:
    Binding, ComplexBinding
    Direct Known Subclasses:
    ParameterValueTypeBinding

    public class SLDParameterValueTypeBinding
    extends AbstractComplexBinding
    Binding object for the type http://www.opengis.net/sld:ParameterValueType.

      <xsd:complexType name="ParameterValueType" mixed="true">
          <xsd:annotation>
              <xsd:documentation>         The "ParameterValueType"
                  uses WFS-Filter expressions to give values for SLD

                  model is used with textual substitution for values. </xsd:documentation>

    • Constructor Detail

      • SLDParameterValueTypeBinding

        public SLDParameterValueTypeBinding(FilterFactory filterFactory)
    • Method Detail

      • getTarget

        public QName getTarget()
        Returns:
        The qualified name of the target for the binding.
      • getType

        public Class getType()
        Returns:
        The java type this binding maps to.
      • initialize

        public void initialize(ElementInstance instance,
                               Node node,
                               MutablePicoContainer context)
        Specified by:
        initialize in interface ComplexBinding
        Overrides:
        initialize in class AbstractComplexBinding
        Parameters:
        instance - The element being parsed.
        node - The node in the parse tree representing the element being parsed. It is important to note that at the time this method is called the node contains no child element nodes, only child attribute nodes.
        context - The container to be used as context for child binding.
      • parse

        public Object parse(ElementInstance instance,
                            Node node,
                            Object value)
                     throws Exception
        Even though the spec allows an instance of ParamterValueType to have multiple expressions as children, it is more often that there is only one. Therefore this binding returns the first expression it finds or null. If a subtype needs multiple expressions they should ovveride.
        Specified by:
        parse in interface ComplexBinding
        Overrides:
        parse in class AbstractComplexBinding
        Parameters:
        instance - The element being parsed.
        node - The node in the parse tree representing the element being parsed.
        value - The result of the parse from another strategy in the type hierarchy. Could be null if this is the first strategy being executed.
        Returns:
        The parsed object, or null if the component could not be parsed.
        Throws:
        Exception - Strategy objects should not attempt to handle any exceptions.
